Yui and Dan || A Pre-Wedding Portrait Session

The very first time I went to Madison on Park, I looked around at the space and said “I desperately want to shoot a wedding here.” When Yui and Dan reached out to me about photographing their wedding, with a reception at Madison, I literally jumped up and down with excitement!

As we talked about their hopes for their photos, Yui had mentioned wanting to get some great photos with blooming bougainvillea and at different locations, but we weren’t sure we’d be able to do a lot of traveling to different locations on their wedding day. We hit on a great idea; rather than do a traditional engagement session, we waited until a couple of weeks before their wedding, so Yui would have her dress all ready to go. We swapped their engagement session for a pre-wedding portrait session and did all the things they’d been dreaming of!

Their wedding day was magic, and you can look forward to photos from that soon, but in the meantime, here’s a little eye candy!
